Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Unipump (https://unipump.fund) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. Information We Collect
What you provide directly
- Wallet address — when you connect your wallet
- Token metadata — name, symbol, image, description, and social links you submit when launching a token
- Communication content — if you contact us via support channels
What we collect automatically
- IP address — used solely for rate limiting on our API. Not stored long-term and not associated with your wallet.
- Browser local storage — used to remember UI preferences (e.g., last visited page, dismissed dialogs). This stays on your device and is never transmitted.
We do not use analytics tools, do not track clickstream, do not fingerprint devices, and do not run advertising pixels.
Blockchain data
When you interact with Unipump's smart contracts, the following is permanently and publicly recorded on the Ethereum blockchain:
- Your wallet address
- Token contract addresses you've deployed
- Token transfers and trades
- Smart contract interactions
- Transaction hashes and timestamps
We do not control this data. It is publicly accessible to anyone, including blockchain explorers and analytics services. Once data is on-chain, it cannot be modified or deleted by anyone.
Information from third-party services
- Wallet connectors (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) handle wallet connection. We only receive your public wallet address.
- Pinata (IPFS) stores token images and metadata you upload.
- Birdeye provides market data (prices, charts, trades). We send token addresses but no personal information.
- Public blockchain data providers (RPC endpoints, indexers) serve on-chain data, which is already public.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain the Service
- Display tokens and market data on the frontend
- Rate-limit API requests to prevent abuse
- Communicate with you when you contact us
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
3. Data Retention
- Wallet addresses referenced in token metadata are stored for as long as the token exists in our database, since they are publicly tied to the on-chain creator.
- IP addresses used for rate limiting are kept briefly (hours, not days) and are not linked to wallet addresses.
- Token metadata (image, description, socials) is retained as long as the token is shown on unipump.fund.
- Blockchain data is permanent and outside our control.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of off-chain data we control
- Object to or restrict certain processing
To make a request, contact us on Twitter at @unipumpfund. We cannot delete on-chain data because we don't control the blockchain.
If you are in California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights under those laws.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical safeguards including HTTPS and server-side API key handling. However, no system is fully secure. Your wallet's security is your responsibility — we cannot recover compromised wallets.
6. Children
Unipump is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us on Twitter at @unipumpfund so we can address it.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to external websites (Etherscan, Uniswap, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
